From experience it is very important to demonstrate in a very practical manner the potential of innovative technologies to industry / SME. The prototype of the shock wave technology developed in the project should be demonstrated to possible B2B customer: Beef and/or pork slaughterhouses and the retail sector. During the demonstration day the operation mode, the added value of the technology on the meat product and the influence on sensory should be demonstrated. Additionally results of WP5 (cost effectiveness, overall estimation) will be presented to the interested audience.
Two demonstration days are planned to be performed at the end of the ShockMeat project:
- At the Danish Technological Institute (DTI), Denmark
The demonstration day took place at the Danish meat Research Institute (DMRI) in Roskilde, Denmark on the 27th of March 2014.
